Excerpts from my 2015 - 2017 sketchbooks.

These sketches are from my student years at RCC and CalArts, with hand written and drawn observations from life, and notes on film and art making. It was a time filled with exploration, trying to figure out what drawing and animation meant to me.

I personally love collecting artists’ sketchbook books. Seeing the inner workings of art-making inspires me greatly. I hope viewers of this zine will find inspiration to explore their own process of art-making too!
